I have known Bob since October 1984 when he led me to the Lord.

During the next 2 years he discipled me and through his mentoring I was prepared for the Lord’s service. Since then I studied theology for 4 years and together with my wife moved to Pakistan in March 1993 to serve with SIM as a long-term missionary.

Shortly after our arrival our first son was born and the other two were also born here. For the last 6 year I have been Director of SIM-Pakistan.

In my opinion Bob has a calling to be a Pastor with a keen evangelistic heart.

He believes passionately in discipleship and has a gift of encouragement.

He isn’t afraid to challenge people when they need it.

Some people may find the fact that he is prepared to be radical a problem, but I think that this is often what Christians in the comfortable West need.

If he is given a position with you, I hope that he will be given the opportunity to visit Paksitan in the near future to assist with some teaching and in order to take back to the US a wider vision for what the Lord is doing in His harvest field.
