To whom it may and does concern
I am writing in reference to Robert Farrell. I first met him while he was planning a youth outreach in a neighborhood near the church in Hollywood.
He is a great administrator and has clearly demonstrated his ability to set goals and objectives and follow through on them with action to achieve them.
We saw 60 students come from the local area and we had only started with just 5. At the time, I remember him asking me if I would be willing to pick up 8 more students. I left my children aged 6 and 10 with him whilst I set off through the rain to bring 8 more students to hear the gospel and see the small youth group musicians play and enjoy free food and fellowship in the house of God. Robert was concerned for those 8 students.
Robert Farrell meets my standards for a highly qualified leader. I have traveled to over 120 private and public Jr High Schools and several business as well as over 65 churches and consulted with the Principles, Governing boards, parents, faculty, coaches and administrators. I can assure you that I am quick and keen evaluator of character.
The important considerations are evident when decisions are being made, methodically and deliberately considering all factors and recognizing who will be affected and what the outcome and impact will be. Jesus tells us to count the cost. I have seen Robert’s ability to connect with the parents, teen and Pastors as well as the seniors and the various churches I have worked with him at. I am convinced that when he has the opportunity to positively impact any organization, he will exceed the promise or expectation placed on him.
Robert’s character and discipline are the two over riding factors that have helped me to form my perspective of him. He does what Jesus would righteously ask us to do regardless of whether we have an audience or if any one knows! Discipline is doing what is right , proper and Godly and correct in the eyes of God regardless of the human wants and even if we do not feel like it or want to, or even if the group consensus does not agree. Doing what is right to please God based on principal and not personality is a process to reach a righteous conclusion. My experience is that Robert uses these immovable and unshakeable principals to guide choices and decisions.
Therefore, I want to recommend Robert to you. He will prove to be an asset with any organization and with anyone, he is co-working with.
