I have had the opportunity to get to know Robert as a fellow employee at the Health & Recreation Center, of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Robert worked as a fitness instructor for our facility. Robert was a very dependable employee and very loyal. He has integrity and an exemplary character. He is self-motivated and takes the initiative to do things not required or expected of him. Robert also paid attention to the details of his job and made every effort to do what was required of him. Not only was Robert’s exceptional work performance a tremendous asset to my work, it was also a blessing to those that had worked with him as well!

His enjoyment of people is evident in the way he interacts with others! He is well-liked and it is ajoy to be in his presence. Robert is very cordial and a pleasure to have as a part of my staff. He is a very gifted leader and motivator of people. His love of fitness and desire for others to lead healthy lives has certainly been an asset to his clients. He takes the time to talk individually with each client and find out exactly what their goals are and what is keeping them from their goals. He is a tremendous motivator and gives 100% of his time, energy, knowledge and instruction to his clients.
